Doctors report that the damages caused by smoking can take up to 10 years to reverse for an under 40 years old smoker, so why wait?

Hypnosis and Smoking

Hans Berger (1843 -1941) German psychiatrist and professor at the Vienna University invented the electroencephalograph in 1929.  The electroencephalograph widely used today registers on a graph the electrical discharges of the cerebral cortex. This made evident the existence of different types of brain waves that influence our mind and body at a physical and physiological level. Each individual brain wave has a different frequency, which influences  our concentration, behavior and emotional responses.

These waves are:

Delta (0-2hz), frequency which happens when a deep level of sleep is reached.

Theta (2 – 7hz),  is associated to drowsiness, fantasy, dream activity, problem solving, creativity and inspiration as well as access to the subconscious mind and  inspiration, creativity and awakening.

Alpha (8-12hz), is associated with a sense of well-being and inner  tranquility and relaxation.

Beta (12-30) is associated with consciousness and assertiveness. Gamma waves are associated with feeling  aggressive, panicky and the desire to run away.

During a hypnotic state, there is an increase on the  Theta and Alpha frequencies activity and a decrease on  the Delta and Beta activity. The hypnotherapist uses this state to guide clients towards achieving their goals by making beneficial suggestions and moving them towards their goal post.

Even though, hypnosis works effectively assisting the client, motivation, commitment and will power are a must to be successful in your journey.

Relationships and removing limiting beliefs about money

I cannot put into words what a difference this has made to my life. I was feeling extremely anxious and the therapy that Maria has given me has helped tremendously.
